Shipping Area

Currently, Patrice Gift Baskets ships only within the continental United States.  We do not ship to international destinations at this time.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery Options

We ship Federal Express on internet orders.  If you call we can ship by alternate carriers if you have a preference.  Ground, 2-Day and Overnight delivery are available.
Any guarantee of delivery day or time is made by the carrier and not by Patrice Gift Baskets.

Valid Shipping Address

In the event a gift is returned to due to a partial or invalid address, you will be responsible for a second shipping charge.  Please carefully check all addresses.

Local Delivery

In northwest Houston we provide delivery for a small fee ($8-$15) depending on exact location  Call for delivery prices to other areas in Houston or request the information on our contact form.

Substitutions

Once in a while it is necessary for us to make a substitution in the contents of a basket.  If this occurs, you can rest assured that we will always substitute a product of equal or greater value.

Seasonal Considerations:  We may replace chocolate with another product during the hot summer months.  We always suggest next-day delivery of perishables during the summer season.

Return Policy

We pack each shipment so carefully that we rarely have a damaged shipment.  If this does occur it is important to report the damage to us immediately.  Keep all of your packaging because the carrier may require it.  Of course, we will do everything possible to replace any damaged items.  Your complete satisfaction is always our primary goal.
